[CIG-LONG] Gale installation

Hello!

I downloaded the binary verison

Gale-Linux64-2_0_1.tgz
<http://geodynamics.org/cig/software/gale/Gale-Linux64-2_0_1.tgz>[2012-08-22]


binary for Linux 64 bit
from the CIG website and it's woking perfectly.

But, I tried to compile and I got the following error:

./configure.sh: line 2: config/scons/scons.py: No such file or directory

I just created a new folder and got the files via git clone.

I would like to add I'm a new linux user.
