[CIG-MC] release of CitcomS v2.2.2

CIG announces release of CitcomS 2.2.2. CitcomS is a finite element code 
designed to solve thermo-chemical convection problems relevant to 
Earth's mantle.

This is a bug-fix release. It contains an important fix on geoid 
calculation and some minor enhancements on the speed of generating 
random tracers and on postprocessing scripts.
