[CIG-MC] CitcomS 2.2.0 release

CIG is pleased to announce release of CitcomS 2.2.0. CitcomS is a finite
element code designed to solve thermo-chemical convection problems
relevant to Earth's mantle. 

This release adds the feature of tracking particles. The particles can
be used to infer the composition field and to compute thermo-chemical
convection, or to define the low viscosity wedges/channels in the
subduction zones. Please check the NEWS and ChangeLog files for more
details.
