[CIG-MC] CitcomS 3.0.1 release

CIG is pleased to announce release of CitcomS 3.0.1. This is a bug-fix 
release. A header file for the Exchanger module is missing in the 3.0.0 
release and is added in this release. Users who are interested in 
running Cookbook 9 or solver coupling should upgrade to this release.
