[CIG-MC] CBF topography calculation

Hello,
I'm wondering why the CBF_topo function is commented out of CitcomS  
topo_gravity.c file?
Is it because it hasn't been tested or adapted to the version of  
CitcomS or is there some
other reason?

My understanding was that the CBFbv(Consistent Boundary Flux) method is
more accurate for calculating dynamics topography in the presence of  
strong
viscosity constrast near the surface of the model.
