[CIG-MC] CitcomS 3.1.1 Cookbook6 not converging

Hi Rob,

Thanks for reporting the problem. The convergence criterion in CitcomS
3.1 is different from the prior version. This might cause the problem. I
will investigate the cause of the problem more.
