[CIG-MC] couple citcoms manual questions

Hi Everyone,

I have came across a couple of puzzles (or typos) in the citcoms
manual 3.1.1 that I hope could be answered.

eqn 1.3, is there a negative missing in front of the work by
compression term (rho*alpha* g* ur* T)? eqn 1.24 has the negative

eqn 1.18, the non-dimensionalization of heat production H, is there a
factor of (ko/Ro^2) missing on the right-hand side?
