[CIG-MC] CitcomS manual bug fix

Recently, we found two errors in Equation 1.26 and 1.27, the definition
of phase change and chemical Rayleigh number in the CitcomS manual. The
dominator should be rho_0*alpha_0*Delta-T, instead of just rho_0.

These errors are fixed in the newest version of manual (3.1.1.1). Also
added is the definition of internal heating Rayleigh number. The manual
can be downloaded from:
