[CIG-MC] Typo in CitcomS manual

Hi!
I'd like to report a potentially confusing typo in the CitcomS manual:
On page 106 in Appendix A within the input parameter description for PDEPV,
there is a comma missing before the 'y' within the equation for sigma_y.
