[CIG-MC] help

Hi

when i use the Ellipsis3D. i followed the README, ./ellipsis3d
Examples/Ellipsis3D_2004_examples/chemical_plume.input
I got a lot of .ppm0 \.node_data \.particles  files.
Then cd Examples/opendx/scripts/
  ./get_node_files_dx_format.mk
  ./get_particles_dx_format.mk
I got of .dat\.general files.

i want to ask how to do " Now run dx on the file
  Examples/opendx/chemicalplume/particles_isosurface_glyph.net "

what's the meaning?

and how could i get the results?
