[CIG-MC] Cookbook 9/Exchanger issues

  Hi Ian,

The embedded solver is quite picky on the settings of solver accuracy. 
You might need to decrease the accuracy, ie. using a larger value in

[CitcomS.esolver.vsolver]
accuracy = 6e-2
