[CIG-MC] Impose density structure to Citcoms

CitcomCU's flow-through boundary conditions work, but I am not sure about the periodic BC either. At least, the periodic BC was not tested vigorously.

I was under the impression that the period boundary conditions in CitcomCU may
perhaps be broken, or not fully implemented (again), but I have never tried
myself.
