Hello.
My apologies if I have overlooked a fix in the previous threads. I am attempting to install CitcomS 3.1.1 a 64 bit machine running Ubuntu 10.10. After following the manual instructions to ./configure and then make I receive the following errors which terminate the make.
make[3]: Entering directory `/home/adrian/CitcomS-3.1.1/module'
if mpicc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I../lib -I/usr/include/python2.6 -DUSE_HDF5 -DUSE_GZDIR -g -O2 -MT libCitcomSLibmodule_a-misc.o -MD -MP -MF ".deps/libCitcomSLibmodule_a-misc.Tpo" -c -o libCitcomSLibmodule_a-misc.o `test -f 'misc.c' || echo './'`misc.c; \
then mv -f ".deps/libCitcomSLibmodule_a-misc.Tpo" ".deps/libCitcomSLibmodule_a-misc.Po"; else rm -f ".deps/libCitcomSLibmodule_a-misc.Tpo"; exit 1; fi
misc.c:58: fatal error: mpi/pympi.h: No such file or directory
compilation terminated.
I have also attached the full config.log file and a make.log i've created as well.
I am using Python 2.6.6. Following on from this thread http://www.geodynamics.org/pipermail/cig-mc/2010-October/000273.html I've checked and am pretty sure I've installed openmpi.
Any help or pointers would be much welcome!
