Hi Juliane,
I don't know any public version of axis-symmetric mantle convection
code. You will need to ask the authors.
You don't need to use pseudo-free surface option to compute the dynamic
topography. The default method (consistent boundary flux) can compute
dynamic topography accurately too. The dynamic topography can be scaled
with the radius of earth.
