[CIG-MC] Installing CitcomS - Cygwin

Hi Lester,

CitcomS requires an MPI install to compile, so if you can't install OpenMPI/MPICH2/etc in Cygwin then CitcomS won't compile.  Unfortunately I don't have access to Cygwin here and CitcomS would require many changes to compile under Windows.  Do you have access to a Linux machine?
