Hi everyone,
I'm new to this mailing list so forgive me if this has been discussed
before.
I'm working on compiling CitcomS on the "ACISS" cluster at University
of Oregon and I'm having some trouble with the Pyre framework. I got
everything compiled just fine on my desktop with no issues but for
some reason when i follow the same steps on the cluster I get issues
with the Cookbook examples.
The CitcomSFull and CitcomSRegional binaries work just fine but when I
run the citcoms executable I get the following output:
[jperryh2 at cn118 Cookbook1]$ citcoms cookbook1.cfg
/usr/local/packages/CitcomS/3.2.0/lib/python2.6/site-packages/merlin-1.7.egg/merlin/__init__.py:175:
DeprecationWarning: the sets module is deprecated
from sets import ImmutableSet
>> cookbook1.cfg:4:
-- pyre.inventory(error)
-- solver <- 'full'
-- could not bind facility 'solver': component 'full' not found
CitcomS: configuration error(s)
It's most likely an obvious error but I have no prior experience
running Citcom so I'm a little stuck. Any help would be really
appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Jonathan Perry-Houts
