[CIG-MC] Dynamic Topography Output

It's non-dimensional stress, the attached script should give you an idea
how to scale (using the dimensional stress combined quantities). It should
actually work (make a GMT grd file of dynamic topo) on the gzipped output
version of CitcomS from CIG.
