[CIG-MC] Where can I get the file gmt.h required in HC

Dear Madam/sir,
 
Today  I downloaded the code of hc from your website http://www.geodynamics.org/cig/software/hc. When I compiled the code with command "make all", the error (gmt.h: no that file) occurred to me. Could you please send me the file or tell me where I can get it?
