[CIG-MC] Error installing CitcomS 3.2.0 on Mac (OS X 10.9)

Thank you for your time.
I am a Ph.D. student. I'm having a problem installing CitcomS-3.2.0 on a MAC (OSX 10.9). When I wrote ./configure and then make I got an error:
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr/bin/make  all-recursiveMaking all in libmake[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.Making all in binmake[2]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
I have attached the config.log file. Thank you in advance for your help.
By the way, when I wrote ./configure, the final result showed followed:

Could you give me some instructions on this result?
