[CIG-MC] installing ConMan

Hi

There's no such a file of LD in makefile as it has been said in manual.
I tried to construct this code on the 32 bit system with the speed of 1600 but I could not.
I can not understand the adjustments required in the makefile to construct it on my machine something like the "second","Cray timing routine", "routine timer", or how can I identify the speed of system processor for installing this code.
