[CIG-MC] Error in ConMan installing

I 've tried to install ConMan as in the manual, but I do not know how to make adjustments to the Makefiles for  compiling on 32bit hardware. Also I do not know how I have to identify system processor speed for installing.
because of those there is such a Error in Commands:

Please guide me to configure system ready for compiling ConMan.
