(1) Update from Rajesh on converting the Python version of the CitcomS
configuration files to the C versions (i.e. eliminating Python from CitcomS)
(2) Discussion on spherical convection benchmarks
(3) Status of testing the cookbook examples for the present version of
CitcomS.
