[CIG-MC] Citcom teleconference tomorrow

Since it was originally an off week, I had scheduled a meeting.   I tried but I can't 
move it unfortunately.    I'm not the person who can be the most help wrt PetSc in 
CitcomS.  Hopefully Shijie and/or Thorsten and Margarete can be on the call.
