[CIG-MC] CIG-MC Digest, Vol 88, Issue 1

Aaron,
This is a pretty straightforward modification. Attached is a pdf
showing one way to implement this. These changes are relative to a
modified version of CitcomS 3.1, but should give you some idea of what
needs to be added and in which files the changes should be made.
Ignore the last set of changes (6.1-6.19) - they relate to a different
added feature.
