[CIG-MC] error in reading tracer file

Hi all,
When I try to read the tracer file, it exports this error:


anyone met this before? what does that mean?

the tracer file is generated by matlab.  The area applied tracers is set in matlab programme by hand input, ie: 115E-120E, not get the coordnate from citcoms, does that matter?
