[CIG-MC] CitcomS Boundary conditions

Hi All,

I'm not able to understand the *side_sbcs* parameter: the meaning, when I
have to set it *on * and if I need to set/change other conditions related
to it after having set it *on*.

Now I'm trying to model a simple Couette Flux, but in the next months I
will have to model the mantle convection under the Red Sea (so a much more
complex geodynamic situation).
