[CIG-MC] Postdoctoral opportunities in geodynamics at UC Davis

I am recruiting two postdoctoral researchers to join my group at the
University of California, Davis, available immediately. Funding is
available for one position to work on developing new estimates of the
mantle viscosity structure, quantifying the associated uncertainty, and
combining inverse solutions for the viscosity structure with forward models
to explore the development of large-scale structure in the mantle, the
effects on heat transport, and the behavior of upwellings and downwellings.
A second position is available to study topics of our mutual interest,
including but not limited to connections between mantle dynamics and
volcanism, volcanic and processes, and geodynamics of icy satellites.
