[CIG-MC] error during config

[Xiluri-Lauria, Kiriaki - (kxiluri)]

Hello,

this is kiriaki, Uni Arizona, Dept. Geosciences. I am trying to compile CitcomS-Geoid on a CentOS 7 and also on a CentOS 6 server.

After installing all the dependencies and doing the ./config i get in both cases an error terminating with


cannot download missing Python dependencies


Inspecting the config.log the problem occurs at

configure:5120: downloading missing Python dependencies
configure:5123: /usr/bin/python2 setup.py install_deps -f /usr/local/src/CitcomS-Geoid/deps -zmxd /usr/local/src/CitcomS-Geoid/deps >&5 2>&5
Scanning http://cheeseshop.python.org/packages/any/m/merlin/
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 3, in <module>

urllib2.HTTPError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found
configure:5126: $? = 1
configure:5130: error: in `/usr/local/src/CitcomS-Geoid':
configure:5132: error: cannot download missing Python dependencies

I am including the config.log of the CentOS 7 case. I would appreciate if you could help me with compilation.
