[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM3D_GLOBE 4.0.3 now available

Dear SPECFEM3D user:

We are pleased to announce a bug-fix release of the global seismic  
wave propagation package SPECFEM3D_GLOBE, version 4.0.3. This release  
fixes a bug associated with the implementation of the oceans, and  
incorporates changes released August 7 as version 4.0.2, which fixed  
a bug in attenuation.

The 4.0.3 release may be obtained through the Computational  
Infrastructure for Geodynamics (CIG) website:
