[CIG-SEISMO] Question about SPECFEM3D_GLOBE ver 4.0

To whom it may concern:

I'm a user of SPECFEM3D_GLOBE since ver 3.6.1. I've used ver 3.6.1 well without any problem.
As I've heard of ver 4.0, I've been trying to use it, but I have a following error message after running xmeshfem3D.

SPECFEM3D_GLOBE-4.0.0/xmeshfem3D: error while loading shared libraries: libirc.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

It might seem that a file mentioned as libirc.so is required for ver 4.0 unlike 3.6.1.
I couldn't find that file in my mpich2 directory, so I'd appreciate it if you'd supply that file as well.
Thank you for your concern.

Regards,
Sung-Joon
