[CIG-SEISMO] minor error in SPECFEM3D_GLOBE 4.0.3 configure scripts

Hi:
 
the configuration of SPECFEM3D_GLOBE 4.0.3 fails 'out of the box' on an
error on line 92 of flags.guess. Looks like the line
 
 
            *:NEC*)
 
is missing before
 
           ############## NEX - SX ##################
 
Configure runs fine after modification.
