[CIG-SEISMO] Bug-fix released for SEISMIC_CPML (v. 1.1.1)

Dear all,

After considering some recent user feedback, Dimitri Komatitsch  
(University of Pau, Institut universitaire de France) has reworked the  
code to comment out all the "call system" lines by default (for users  
who do not have the "convert" command installed).
