[CIG-SEISMO] How to get GMT files of movie and shakemap?

Dear Pieyre,

I have downloaded all code via svn. The newest
create_movie_shakemap_AVS_DX_GMT.f90 could work well with my dataset
and output GMT *.xyz files. Thank you!
