[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM3D_GLOBE_V5.0.1

To whom it may concern:

I'd like to report some errors I encountered when I tried to install SPECFEM3D_GLOBE_V5.0.1 in the cluster at Northwestern Univ.
First, I faced the following comments when I unpacked the package with tar -zxvf command.

I don't know whether this is caused by a problem in the cluster or in the package, but I haven't faced these with previous versions of SPECFEM3D_GLOBE in the same cluster.


Second, although I got the aforementioned message, I could run configure file. However, I got the following error message when I tried to run 'make all'.

mpif90   -c -o obj/compute_seismograms.o  ./compute_seismograms.f90
 In file ./compute_seismograms.f90:366

 scal
    1
Error: Symbol 'scal' at (1) has no IMPLICIT type
make: *** [obj/compute_seismograms.o] Error 1

This error is caused by the fact that the line 366 in compute_seismograms.f is over 132 columns.

I hope you can fix these bugs right away.
