[CIG-SEISMO] Want more detail of external model about SPECFEM3D_2.0

Hello,

There are many changes in SPECFEM3D_2.O. In order to define the computed
area there are 2 possibilities :
- use meshfem3D and define these parameters in meshfem3D/DATA/Par_file
(simple way, close to the old version of SPECFEM3D but more general)
- use the CUBIT mesh generation tool and then decompose_mesh_SCOTCH
(this way, you can make simulations on almost any kind of model)

Best regards.
