Dear Javed,

You attached a source file in the format of a CMTSOLUTION file. This is used
with the 3D code. The 2D code uses a different style of input (SOURCE).
Please try running the default simulation and make sure that it works. Or
send the SOURCE file that you used.

Also, make sure to test the latest version that is on the CIG SVN server
(svn checkout ...).
