[CIG-SEISMO] ./xspecfem3d,error ,for help !

hi all ,now ,there is a error with specfem3d ,when running ./xspecfem3d ,error below :
running solver...

mpirun has exited due to process rank 3 with PID 25762 on
node no1 exiting without calling "finalize". This may
have caused other processes in the application to be
terminated by signals sent by mpirun (as reported here).



how can i fix it ?
