[CIG-SEISMO] problems with xsmooth_vol_data

Dear SPECFEM3D users,
I am encountering a problem when using the xsmooth_vol_data program.

[...then the same error message is given for all other processors]

I think there may have been an update to the xgenerate_databases program
at some time which does not agree with the way the database files are
handled.
