[CIG-SEISMO] [CIG-HELP] missing Mount St. Helens example in specfem3d

Hi Ilya,
for the Mount St.Helens example, you would need to get the current SVN
development version via svn as described on the CIG website:
> svn checkout http://geodynamics.org/svn/cig/seismo/3D/SPECFEM3D/
trunk SPECFEM3D
