[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM3D_GLOBE manual nondimensionalising

Hi SPECFEM3D_GLOBE developers,

I just wanted to report an error in the SPECFEM3D_GLOBE manual.  Certainly from V5.1.1-5.1.3, the value given for nondimensionalising time is the inverse of what it should be.

To elaborate, the units of sqrt(PI*GRAV*RHOAV) are 1/time; instead, the manual should say: 1/sqrt(PI*GRAV*RHOAV)
