Hi Peter,

Good idea, we should keep them on the Web site (so far we have not).
But you can get all the older versions from our SVN server, in the 
"tags" subdirectory (of   svn checkout 
http://geodynamics.org/svn/cig/seismo/3D/SPECFEM3D_GLOBE SPECFEM3D_GLOBE  )
