[CIG-SEISMO] signal 11 error in SPECFEM3D_GLOBE_V5.1.5

Hi,

I have encountered problems with 2 Chunks simulations with xmeshfem.
In the job.o, I have the error information as:
*/SPECFEM3D_GLOBE_V5.1.5/bin/xmeshfem3D:signal 11

Under OUTPUT_FILES, list* are not generated.
The file size of  proc00000*_reg1_vp.bin is also 0 under DATABASES_MPI/.

In the Parfile:
NCHUNKS                         = 2
NEX_XI                          = 256
NEX_ETA                         = 256
NPROC_XI                        = 4
NPROC_ETA                       = 4

When I choose smaller NEX, such as 
NEX_XI                          = 64
NEX_ETA                         = 64
NPROC_XI                        = 2
NPROC_ETA                       = 2
The run will be fine without that problem.

I tried NEX_XI=256 under both
pe1950,Xeon,quadcore,x86_64,disk60g,m10g
and
x2200,opteron,quadcore,x86_64,disk60g,m10g
, both gave the same error information.

I am not sure whether this is MEMORY SIZE related or something else.
