[CIG-SEISMO] Compile-time issues in compute_forces_elastic_Dev_openmp.f90

Hello,

I do not think that version (written by

! OpenMP Threaded variant by John Levesque, Max Rietmann and Olaf Schenk

is maintained, thus I have just renamed it 
specfem3D/older_compute_forces_elastic_Dev_openmp.f90

We purposely keep a single official version of each file to avoid 
maintenance problems.
