[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM3D - Problem with creating topography with mesh_mount.py

Hi,

I'm using mesh_mount.py from the Mount St Helens example in SPECFEM3D to
create a mesh with topography, but at a different location.
The problem is that after the Imprint All command the volume
isn't separated into the above topography and below topography. I don't get
any error messages.
Does anyone have experience with this? Any ideas what might be the problem?
Is it possible that the problem is that the topography at the edges it to
rugged?
