[CIG-SEISMO] attenuation in SH fase

Dear Anton,
I do not think that is planned, but it would be easy for you to cut and
paste the P-SV attenuation routines and use them for the SH case with
minor modifications. If you do that please email them to us at the end
of your project, we'll put them in the official version of the source code.
Another option of course (if you can afford the cost) is to use the 3D
code, in which attenuation is fully implemented.
