[CIG-SEISMO] Can we change the NGLLX?

Dear Jungrak,

Yes, you can change it. However, papers (e.g. by Seriani and Oliveira, 
De Basabe and Sen) show that the optimal value is around NGLLX = 5.
2 is way too low (poor accuracy), and 10 will lead to a small time step.
