[CIG-SEISMO] SW4 exact solution

Hi Peter,
Can you tell me more about the problem you are trying to solve? SW4 solves
the elastic wave equation in displacement formulation and point forces and
moment tensor source terms are described in section 4.1 of the user's
guide.

Hi ,
I am Peter Petrov , work for LBL and elaborate codes for seismic wave
propagation in Frequency domain.
My student in Berkeley used SW4 and it appears some questions with point
pressure  source solution. I attempt compare analytical exact solution
with numerical from SW4 but there is difference in amplitude.
The exact solution
u=1/(4Pi(lambda+2*mu))*(g/R^2+dg/dt/(RVp))
but sw4 gives another coefficient. What exact solution did  you use in
examples with point source or you defined forces with additional
coefficient?
