[CIG-SEISMO] SPECFEM3D Cartesian MPI failure due to gatherv_all_cr() in fault_solver_dynamic.f90

Hi all,

Thanks. I have fixed #1 below. Please confirm if I should also fix #2 
(i.e. change ../DATA to ./DATA).
