[CIG-SEISMO] Questions about src/shared/get_model_parameters of specfem3D_globe

In src/shared/get_model_parameters of specfem3D_globe, there are following codes (line 251 - 255):


  else if (MODEL_ROOT == 'transversely_isotropic_prem_plus_3D_crust_2.0') then
    CASE_3D = .true.
    CRUSTAL = .true.
    ONE_CRUST = .true.
    TRANSVERSE_ISOTROPY = .true.


I have two questions about these flags. 
(1) Is it safe to set ONE_CRUST = .false. if I want to use two-layer 3D crust 2.0 model ?


(2) If TRANSVERSE_ISOTROPY = .false. , does it only change the properties in mantle? Or also change the properties in crust?
