[CIG-SEISMO] Trelis error: No entity with ID 4 was found

Hi all,

I'm a PhD candidate from the University of Canterbury attempting to use SPECFEM3D but am running into an issue with Trelis (/CUBIT) in some of the examples and was seeing if anyone could help. As an example, I have been running the create_mesh.py script for the homogeneous_halfspace_HEX8_elastic_no_absorbing example and it comes up with the following errors:

I'm not entirely sure what is going on, I am running version 16.02 Trelis. Would really appreciate any help.
